Arthroscopic Knee Surgery
Arthroscopic knee surgery is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to diagnose and treat various knee joint problems. It involves the use of an arthroscope—a small, tube-like instrument equipped with a camera and light—that allows surgeons to view the inside of the knee joint on a video monitor. This technique is commonly used to repair torn cartilage, remove loose bone or cartilage fragments, treat meniscus tears, and correct ligament injuries, such as a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).
